In the course we have ex AFL and VFL players, and qualified personal trainers Daniel Stewart and Murphy Ambrose, deliver videos on how to get fit for football without needing any equipment at all.

Daniel Stewart runs through body weight exercises that can be performed at home, to build necessary strength required for football.

Murphy Ambrose covers the different types of running sessions you can do that will improve your speed, as well as allow you to run out a game.
