A key element to football and this program is nutrition and fitness. Modules are delivered by ex ALF players and industry experts like Matt Bate, who played 100 games of AFL for Melbourne and has a Bachelor & Master of Science in Sports Nutrition.

There is AFL standard advice on game day nutrition and how to fuel the body properly for a game. What you should eat before a game, how to fuel yourself during the game and what you should do after the game with a focus on recovery.

While this advice is all essential for football, it’s also great advice for general health.
